As your much-awaited journey with Veena World begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your selected tour departure:

Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour should report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic or International Airport, Mumbai / Loknete D.B. Patil Navi Mumbai International Airport, three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
Upon arrival at Delhi Airport, your Veena World Tour Manager will meet you and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or the sightseeing spot, as per the itinerary.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point.
Your Veena World Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination, as per the itinerary shared with you.

Important Notes:
• For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets and airport transfers are at your own cost.
• To avail of the group airport transfers:
• Your arrival airport must match the scheduled group arrival airport.
• Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time.
• On the last day, your departure flight must be scheduled after the group’s flight from the same airport in order to avail the group airport transfer.
• Hotel Check-in Time in India: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (12:00 hrs) or later.
• If your flight arrives in the morning, we include a sightseeing activity before check-in to make the most of your time.
• In case of flight rescheduling—arriving earlier on the first day or leaving later on the last day—Veena World will take care of additional meals or snacks, if any.
• We recommend keeping your travel documents, valuables, and money safe during the tour.
• Always keep Veena World emergency contact details and your Tour Manager’s mobile number with you during the journey.

Today we proceed to Shimla - known as the Queen of Hills, the spot is famous for its scenic beauty, colonial-era architecture and pleasant climate. Today we enjoy a stroll on the famous Mall road of Shimla and view Shimla Church, Scandal point, the Ridge etc.

Today we proceed to Manali, en route we drive past the Pandoh Dam and Scenic Kullu Valley. During our tea halt we visit Kullu Shawl factory. In the evening, we arrive at Manali – gorgeous hill station located in the heart of snowy mountains.

Today a spectacular drive will take us to Rohtang Road Snow Point. We have free time to play in the snow and click pictures to our heart’s content. Later we visit Hidimba Mandir – set amidst the snow-covered hills of Manali, this temple is a unique shrine dedicated to Hidimba Devi and Himalayan Nyinmapa Tibetan Buddhist Monastery – known for its architectural beauty. We then have free time for shopping. In the evening, we enjoy bonfire with traditional Himachali Folk Dance followed by dinner.
Please Note: Rohtang pass is situated at a high altitude, which may pose challenges for guests with certain health conditions. Furthermore, for minors, senior citizens, and guests with pre-existing medical conditions, we strongly recommend consulting with your doctor before planning your visit to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Note: Rohtang pass is 51 kms away from Manali. This Pass is not accessible for almost 8 months in a year, as it is covered by snow. We generally visit the snow point on Rohtang road, which has been permitted by the Border Security Force.
Note: Snow clothes, jackets and gum boots are available on rent in the shops located on Rohtang Road, you can rent it at an additional cost if needed.

Today we drive through the new tourist hotspot Atal Tunnel (Subject to Operation) – world's longest tunnel at an altitude of 10,040 feet. Later we proceed to Solang Valley – a splendid valley in Solang village offering magnificent views of the glaciers and snow-capped mountains. Here we enjoy a Ropeway ride and admire the Himalayan mountains. Those who are with adventure spirit can experience thrilling activities like Paragliding, Biking, Trekking and Hiking at an additional cost.

Today we proceed to Chandigarh – the first planned city of India designed by renowned French architecture Le Corbusier. Upon arrival we check in to our hotel and relax.

Today we visit Rock Garden – a garden full of sculptures is completely built from industrial waste, scraps, home waste and thrown-away items.

Group Guests:
Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure time.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:
J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
