As your much-awaited journey with Veena World begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your selected tour departure:

Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour should report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic or International Airport, Mumbai, three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
Upon arrival at Bengaluru Airport, your Veena World Tour Manager will meet you and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or the sightseeing spot, as per the itinerary.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point.
Your Veena World Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination, as per the itinerary shared with you.

Important Notes:
• For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets and airport transfers are at your own cost.
• To avail of the group airport transfers:
• Your arrival airport must match the scheduled group arrival airport.
• Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time.
• On the last day, your departure flight must be scheduled after the group’s flight from the same airport in order to avail the group airport transfer.
• Hotel Check-in Time in India: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (12:00 hrs) or later.
• If your flight arrives in the morning, we include a sightseeing activity before check-in to make the most of your time.
• In case of flight rescheduling—arriving earlier on the first day or leaving later on the last day—Veena World will take care of additional meals or snacks, if any.
• We recommend keeping your travel documents, valuables, and money safe during the tour.
• Always keep Veena World emergency contact details and your Tour Manager’s mobile number with you during the journey.
Today we proceed to Mysore – known as The City of Palaces, is the second fastest growing city in Karnataka after Bangalore. Upon arrival, we visit Brindavan Gardens – famous for its symmetric design and illuminate terrace gardens. Here we enjoy musical fountains. Later we have a short meet and greet session.

Today we explore Mysore city, we visit Mysore Palace – a historical palace and the official residence of the Wadiyar dynasty who ruled the Kingdom of Mysore, Mysore Zoo – one of the oldest and most famous zoos in India and home to a wide range of species, Mysore Sand Sculpture Museum – only museum in India that is dedicated to sand sculptures. Later we visit Shri Chamundeshwari Temple – a 17th century temple dedicated to goddess Durga. We then witness the Mysore Palace illumination in the night (subject to operation).

Note: At the Shri Chamundeshwari Temple we arrange VIP Darshan for you. It might not be possible during government movements, special delegate visits, or religious ceremonies. Still, in such situations too, we will try our best to make it available to you.

Today we proceed to Hassan. Today we proceed to Belur – a quaint town nestled on the banks of the Yagachi River. Here we visit the stunning Chennakeshava Temple, dedicated to Lord Vijayanarayana - one of the twenty-four incarnations of Vishnu. Later, we explore the Hoysaleswara Temple at Halebidu, an architectural marvel of the Hoysala period.
We then return back to Hassan.

Today we visit Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace – a fine example of Indo-Islamic architecture and was the summer residence of the Mysorean ruler Tipu Sultan. Later we visit Lalbagh Botanical Gardens – has one of the world's largest collections of rare plants.

Group Guests:
Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure time.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:
J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
