As your much-awaited journey with Veena World begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your selected tour departure:

Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour should report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic or International Airport, Mumbai / Loknete D.B. Patil Navi Mumbai International Airport, three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
Upon arrival at Indore Airport, your Veena World Tour Manager will meet you and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or the sightseeing spot, as per the itinerary.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point.
Your Veena World Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination, as per the itinerary shared with you.

Important:
• For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets and airport transfers are at your own cost.
• To avail of the group airport transfers:
• Your arrival airport must match the scheduled group arrival airport.
• Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time.
• On the last day, your departure flight must be scheduled after the group’s flight from the same airport in order to avail the group airport transfer.
• Hotel Check-in Time in India: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (12:00 hrs) or later.
• If your flight arrives in the morning, we include a sightseeing activity before check-in to make the most of your time.
• In case of flight rescheduling—arriving earlier on the first day or leaving later on the last day—Veena World will take care of additional meals or snacks, if any.
• We recommend keeping your travel documents, valuables, and money safe during the tour.
• Always keep Veena World emergency contact details and your Tour Manager’s mobile number with you during the journey.

Today we visit Rajwada Palace - a historical palace built by the Holkars of the Maratha Empire. In the evening, we visit Chappan Dukan.

Today we proceed to Omkareshwar - a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, also one of the 12 revered Jyotirlinga shrines of Shiva. Then visit the town of Maheshwar- famous for Bollywood film locations. Here we explore the exquisite riverside temples, Royal Ahilya fort of Holkar Dynasty.
Lastly in Maheshwar, we enjoy a scenic boat ride at Narmada ghat.

Today we proceed to Mandu. Upon arrival we visit Jahaz Mahal- it was built as a transit accommodation for large number of pilgrims from Afghanistan, Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Morocco and Turkey who came to Delhi to visit the many Muslim shrines. Then we visit Baz Bahadur’s Palace, Jami Masjid and Rani Roopmati Pavilion. Later in the evening we visit Sarafa Bazar.

Today we visit Lalbaug Palace - a grand historic residence displaying Indo-European architecture and royal heritage. Later we proceed to Ujjain. Here we visit famous Kal Bhairav Temple, Jyotirlinga of Mahakaleshwar. We also explore Shri Mahakal Lok Corridor – 900-meter pedestrian corridor connecting to the main temple, dotted with 108 murals and 93 statues depicting stories related to Lord Shiva.
Then we visit Harsiddhi Mata Temple - A revered Shaktipeeth in Ujjain, known for its powerful spiritual aura and its unique pair of tall deepmalas (lamp pillars).

Note: At the Mahakaleshwar Temple and at Kal Bhairav Temple we arrange VIP Darshan for you. It might not be possible during government movements, special delegate visits, or religious ceremonies. Still, in such situations too, we will try our best to make it available to you.

Important Note: VIP Darshan does not mean direct Darshan and you will still have to wait in the queue, which however may be comparatively shorter than the general queue.

Group Guests:
Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure time.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:
J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
