As your much-awaited journey with Veena World begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your departure city:

Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour will meet at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, four hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
From here, you fly together with Veena World tour manager to Sydney and begin your beautiful journey. Upon arrival, the Veena World Tour Manager will assist you with all airport formalities and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or sightseeing place as per the itinerary.

Guests Joining from Other Indian Cities
If you are flying from cities like New Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bengaluru or others, please ensure that you have received your complete travel details like airline, flight departure and arrival time, airport name, passport with valid visa etc. from your Veena World Travel Advisor. You will fly to the first destination of the tour as per your individual flight details. Upon arrival your tour manager will meet you at Sydney Airport or at the sightseeing place conveyed to you in advance.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure that you have received complete guidance for smooth arrival, hotel check-in or joining at sightseeing place, from your Veena World Tour Manager as well as travel adviser. Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination as per the tour plan conveyed to you.

Important Notes:
For Joining & Leaving guests the flight tickets, visa, insurance and airport transfers are to be borne by guests. Please ensure all these arrangements are as per the scheduled group tour. To avail of the group airport transfers, we request you to ensure your flight arrival is at the scheduled group airport and is minimum one hour before the group’s scheduled flight arrival time. For last day your flight departure time should be after the scheduled group flight departure time to avail the airport transfers.

Note:
• Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00 hrs) or later. If our flights are reaching in the morning, we cover one of the sightseeing’s to fill up the gap.
• We recommend you to take care of your travel documents, valuables, foreign exchange, and emergency contacts handy during your journey.

Upon arrival, we visit Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) - one of the world's most famous cricketing venues followed by visit to Sydney Tower Observatory Deck which gives an unobstructed 360-degree views over the landmarks including Sydney Harbour Bridge and Circular Quay.

In the evening, all Veena World Tour guests will have a short Meet & Greet session.

Today we head to Darling Harbour – Sydney’s lively waterfront. Here we visit the Sydney Sea Life Aquarium, home to fascinating marine life. Later, we explore the iconic Sydney Opera House from the inside on a guided tour. We then drive through and take a photo stop near the Sydney Harbour Bridge – one of the largest steel arch bridges. Afterwards, we enjoy a Sydney Harbour Cruise to admire the beautiful skyline and harbour views.

Today we enjoy an excursion to the Blue Mountains. We drive through the scenic countryside and arrive at this beautiful region known for its dramatic cliffs and deep valleys. Here we visit Echo Point to see the famous Three Sisters rock formation and enjoy beautiful panoramic views. Later, we visit Scenic World and experience the Scenic Railway – the world’s steepest passenger train – followed by a pleasant walk along the Scenic Walkway to enjoy the lush rainforest surroundings.

Today we proceed to Canberra – Australia’s capital city. Upon arrival, we visit Mount Ainslie Lookout for beautiful views of the city. Later, we see the Australian National University and Lake Burley Griffin. We then visit the New Parliament House and take a guided tour of this iconic building. Afterwards, we visit the Royal Australian Mint. In the evening, we fly from Canberra to Melbourne – one of the world’s most liveable cities, known for its Victorian charm and European feel.

Today we explore Melbourne city. We hop on the historic City Circle Tram to explore central Melbourne and see sights like Docklands, the City Museum and the Princess Theatre. We end the ride at Federation Square and pass by The Atrium. Later, we take a photo stop at Hosier Lane – famous for its vibrant street art and graffiti. In the evening, we proceed to Phillip Island, home to the adorable Little Penguins. Here we witness the world-famous Penguin Parade.

Today we enjoy an excursion along the Great Ocean Road – one of the world’s most beautiful coastal drives. We visit the famous 12 Apostles, the Shipwreck Coast and Port Campbell National Park. Here we walk along the scenic boardwalk for fantastic views of the coastline and the limestone stacks. We also take a breathtaking helicopter ride that gives us stunning views of the rugged coastline and the towering limestone formations. Seeing the 12 Apostles from both the ground and the sky makes this experience truly unforgettable.

Today we explore Melbourne city. We see St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Town Hall and Parliament House. Later, we stroll through the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens – a classic Victorian-style garden with lovely lawns, fountains and shaded pathways. Here we also see Captain Cook’s Cottage. Later we visit Melbourne Zoo - home to a wide variety of native Australian wildlife and animals from around the world.

Group Guests:
Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure time.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:
J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
