As your much-awaited journey with Veena World begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your selected tour departure:

Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour should report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic or International Airport, Mumbai / Loknete D.B. Patil Navi Mumbai International Airport, three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
Upon arrival at Mangalore Airport, your Veena World Tour Manager will meet you and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or the sightseeing spot, as per the itinerary.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point.
Your Veena World Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination, as per the itinerary shared with you.

Important Notes:
• For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets and airport transfers are at your own cost.
• To avail of the group airport transfers:
• Your arrival airport must match the scheduled group arrival airport.
• Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time.
• On the last day, your departure flight must be scheduled after the group’s flight from the same airport in order to avail the group airport transfer.
• Hotel Check-in Time in India: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (12:00 hrs) or later.
• If your flight arrives in the morning, we include a sightseeing activity before check-in to make the most of your time.
• In case of flight rescheduling—arriving earlier on the first day or leaving later on the last day—Veena World will take care of additional meals or snacks, if any.
• We recommend keeping your travel documents, valuables, and money safe during the tour.
• Always keep Veena World emergency contact details and your Tour Manager’s mobile number with you during the journey.

Today we proceed to Udupi – a quaint town of Karnataka. Upon arrival, visit Sri Krishna Math- Founded in the 13th century, this is one of the oldest Udupi temples standing till date. Further we visit a beautiful Malpe Beach- one of the finest beaches in Karnataka.

Today we proceed to Murdeshwar- a beautiful beachside pilgrim town. Upon arrival we visit Murdeshwar Temple- a shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple features the second-highest statue of Lord Shiva from all over the world and is surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of the Arabian Sea on all sides. We then visit Gopuram- from here we get the Magnificent view of Murdeshwar town. Further we proceed to Honavar- a scenic town with Arabian sea on one side and western ghats on the other. Upon arrival we enjoy a beautiful walk through Kandla Mangrove Board. Later we enjoy a Backwaters ride and admire the scenic beauty of Sharavati river. In the evening, we arrive at Gokarna- a popular pilgrimage destination for Hindus.

Today morning we proceed to Om beach- Famous for being naturally shaped like the auspicious symbol Om. Here we have free time to enjoy water sports activities like Banana boat, Jet Ski, Bumper boat ride, parasailing at your own cost. We then visit Kudle beach and Mahabaleshwar Temple - a 4th-century CE Hindu temple followed by a walking tour of Gokarna and a scenic sunset at Gokarna Beach.

Kindly Note: For you visit to the Mahabaleshwar Temple, it is compulsory for all Women to wear a Saree, men to wear a plain lungi without the Angavastra and the girls below 12 years of age may wear a gown. (Salwar suits, black colour saree, sleeveless blouses & all other forms of modern dressing is not allowed.)

Today we visit Yana Rocks- an ideal destination for pilgrims, trekkers, and nature-lovers. Here we trek through the cool and breezy hills which brings us to the foot of the mountain where the rock formations begin. We then visit a Cave Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva which lies below these shikharas. Further we visit Sahastralinga- an ancient site on the riverbed of river Shalmala. The location where around a thousand lingas are carved on rocks in the river and on its banks.

Today we proceed to Karwar- A small quaint town of Karnataka. Here we visit Rock garden- which displays a set of exhibits related to village life, different tribes of people, their daily activities and culture. Further we proceed to Dandeli - known for Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary. Upon arrival we have free time to relax and explore the surroundings

Today we enjoy white water rafting and Zipline (Subject to operation). Later, we experience Jeep Safari at Dandeli wildlife sanctuary. Here we can spot wild animals like Crocodile, Bison, Black Panther, Sloth Bear, Elephant, Tigers, Leopards etc with number of reptiles and birds.

Today we proceed to Goa- one of the most beloved places in India. En route we visit Shanta Durga and Shree Mangueshi temple. Upon arrival, we have free time to relax and explore the surroundings.

Group Guests:
Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure time.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:
J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
