As your much-awaited journey with Veena World begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your selected tour departure:

Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour should report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic or International Airport, Mumbai / Loknete D.B. Patil Navi Mumbai International Airport, three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
Upon arrival at Delhi Airport, your Veena World Tour Manager will meet you and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or the sightseeing spot, as per the itinerary.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point.
Your Veena World Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination, as per the itinerary shared with you.

Important Notes:
• For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets and airport transfers are at your own cost.
• To avail of the group airport transfers:
• Your arrival airport must match the scheduled group arrival airport.
• Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time.
• On the last day, your departure flight must be scheduled after the group’s flight from the same airport in order to avail the group airport transfer.
• Hotel Check-in Time in India: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (12:00 hrs) or later.
• If your flight arrives in the morning, we include a sightseeing activity before check-in to make the most of your time.
• In case of flight rescheduling—arriving earlier on the first day or leaving later on the last day—Veena World will take care of additional meals or snacks, if any.
• We recommend keeping your travel documents, valuables, and money safe during the tour.
• Always keep Veena World emergency contact details and your Tour Manager’s mobile number with you during the journey.
Upon arrival, we proceed to Panipat – venue for the three great battles that changed the course of Indian history.

Today we visit Devi Temple - a Temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga, Kala Amb - a historical site of great importance which witnessed the third battle of Panipat between the Maratha warriors and the Afghan army, Panipat Museum – where we get an opportunity to see antiquities, inscriptions, sculptures, arms and armours, pottery, old and valuable documents, jewellery, art and craft objects from glorious past of this town.

Today we visit Bhramha Sarovar - most exquisite and breathtaking site in Kurukshetra, it is believed that Lord Bhramha created the universe from this pond, Shri Krishna Museum – which unravels the mystique of the cult of Lord Krishna, Jyotisar - the birth place of Gita, Bhishma Kund Narkatari – this is the place where it is believed that Pitamaha Bhishma lay watching the famous battle after Arjun, created a bed of arrows for him, Kurukshetra Panorama and Science Centre – a tall and cylindrical building which has elegant architecture and ambience that combines science with religion together, followed by a visit to Kalpana Chawla Memorial Planetarium – The Kalpana Chawla Memorial Planetarium is named after the brave daughter of Haryana Dr. Kalpana Chawla. In the evening, we proceed to Haridwar – considered one of the 7 holiest places in India.

Today we visit Mansa Devi Temple by Rope Way. Later we visit Chandi Devi Temple - a charming temple dedicated to the Chanda Devi Goddess, perched on the Neel Parvat of the Shivalik Hills. Further we pass by Patanjali Yoga Peeth - one of the largest yoga institutes in India. In the evening, we experience the mesmerising Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri followed by walk through the local markets of haridwar.

Today we proceed to Rishikesh - Set against the backdrop of the Himalayas and with the pristine Ganga flowing through it, this ancient town is one of the major tourist and pilgrimage hubs in northern India, where people from across the world arrive in search of peace. Upon arrival, we visit Prati Badri Kedarnath Temple - a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, Lakshman Mandir - place where Lakshman meditated to attain enlightenment, Lakshman Zhulla - a famous hanging bridge across the river Ganges. Further we take a thrilling experience of White Water Rafting at Rishikesh. In the evening, we witness the Triveni Ghat Aarti of Rishikesh. Later, we drive back to Haridwar.

Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure time.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:
J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
