As your much-awaited journey with Veena World begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your selected tour departure:

Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour should report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic or International Airport, Mumbai / Loknete D.B. Patil Navi Mumbai International Airport, three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
Upon arrival at Ahmedabad Airport, your Veena World Tour Manager will meet you and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or the sightseeing spot, as per the itinerary.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point.
Your Veena World Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination, as per the itinerary shared with you.

Important Notes:
• For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets and airport transfers are at your own cost.
• To avail of the group airport transfers:
• Your arrival airport must match the scheduled group arrival airport.
• Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time.
• On the last day, your departure flight must be scheduled after the group’s flight from the same airport in order to avail the group airport transfer.
• Hotel Check-in Time in India: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (12:00 hrs) or later.
• If your flight arrives in the morning, we include a sightseeing activity before check-in to make the most of your time.
• In case of flight rescheduling—arriving earlier on the first day or leaving later on the last day—Veena World will take care of additional meals or snacks, if any.
• We recommend keeping your travel documents, valuables, and money safe during the tour.
• Always keep Veena World emergency contact details and your Tour Manager’s mobile number with you during the journey.
In the evening, we enjoy a short meet and greet session.

Today we visit Rani Ki Vav – A stunning UNESCO World Heritage stepwell, is an architectural masterpiece from the 11th century, known for its intricate carvings and spiritual symbolism. It was built as a memorial.
Then we visit Modhera Sun temple – a magnificent 11th-century temple dedicated to the Sun God, famous for its detailed sculptures and alignment with the solar cycle. Its grand step tank and ornate pillars make it one of Gujarat’s most breathtaking historic sites.
We then proceed back to Ahmedabad. Upon arrival, we have free time for shopping.

Today we proceed to Ekta Nagar – a town in Narmada district best known for statue of unity. En route we visit Garudeshwar Dutta Mandir – a sacred temple located on the Bank of Narmada River.
Upon arrival we visit Miyawaki Garden – named after Japanese botanist Akira Miyawaki, this small forest is created using his method of afforestation that focuses on planting native species densely together so that they form an artificial ecosystem quickly without any external intervention or maintenance.

Today we visit the State-of-Art Zoological Park with unique collection of exotic animals and birds from the various biogeographic regions. Here we go for a Jungle Safari – to spot animals, reptiles and birds.
We then visit the Valley of Flowers – spread across 24 acres of land and is a haven for colourful flowering plants along the bank of river Narmada and enjoy boating in Nauka vihar.
Later we visit the iconic Statue of Unity – tallest statue in the world dedicated to Indian statesman and independence activist Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. We enjoy the views of the surrounding from the viewing gallery.
In the evening, we witness Projection Mapping show at Statue of Unity.

Today we proceed back to Ahmedabad. Enroute we visit, BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple – a stunning cultural and spiritual complex built from pink sandstone, showcasing intricate carvings and traditional architecture. It features a grand central shrine of Lord Swaminarayan along with high-tech exhibitions and serene gardens. In the evening, we enjoy sound and Light show.

Today we visit Sabarmati Ashram – set along the Sabarmati River, peaceful residence of Mahatma Gandhi which preserves his simple lifestyle, personal artifacts, and inspiring history. Followed by visit to Vision in Dark Museum – a unique experience of navigating spaces in complete darkness, guided by visually impaired hosts.

Tour guests will proceed to the airport as per their scheduled group flight departure time to start their journey back home.
Joining and Leaving (J&L) tour guests will leave the group after the scheduled program. If these guests have flight timing and airport same as per the schedule group, they can avail the airport transfers with the group. If not then, any transfer charges to reach their respective airport, cruise, rail, or bus terminal will be borne by the J&L guests.
